• Condensation between the glass panes. The insulated glass unit (IGU) has lost its seal. CGI’s warranty on IGU seal failure is 20 years, but only to the original purchaser with a dated invoice. If you bought the home after install, we measure the glass and order a replacement IGU to the exact sightline dimension, not a stock size.
