Free in-home measure and quote - PGT, CGI and CWS impact lines compared on your actual openings, style by style
The Sightline Windows & Doors Lighthouse Point Guarantee
Every window and door we install in Lighthouse Point carries the Haven Standard, the same set of rules we’ve operated under since 2012. We’re Sonia Raman and our crew, and we don’t believe a promise counts unless it’s written down, signed, and attached to your job file. That means your measured survey, your written price, your installation photos, and your 365-Day Done Right Promise all travel together. If we install a PGT impact window in your Venetian Isles home and the glazing bead settles wrong in month four, we come back and make it right. No charge. No argument. No “that’s normal for South Florida.” The Haven Standard was built because we watched too many homeowners in Lighthouse Point and Pompano Beach get handed verbal assurances that evaporated the moment the truck left the driveway. That doesn’t happen here.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship on every opening. Our installation crews are background-checked, uniformed, and licensed, and every window or door we set, whether it’s a standard double-hung or a custom geometric in a Hillsboro Shores estate, is leveled, sealed, and finished to the manufacturer’s spec plus our own sightline check.
- Parts and product integrity. We specify from eight manufacturer lines, PGT, CGI, CWS, ES Windows, ECO Window Systems, Mr-Glass, Therma-Tru, and ViewLux, based on what your opening requires for impact rating, U-factor, and SHGC, not based on what we have sitting in a warehouse. If the product arrives damaged or out of spec, we reorder on our timeline, not yours.
- Jobsite cleanup and protection. We lay protection before we cut, vacuum before we leave, and document the condition of your floors, walls, and landscaping with photos before and after. In Lighthouse Point, where a lot of us live on canal lots with tight access and finished interiors, this matters more than a sales pitch ever could.
- On-time arrival, confirmed. Haven Clause 2, Arrive on schedule, means you get a narrow arrival window, not “sometime Tuesday,” and if we’re running behind because of a permit holdup at Lighthouse Point City Hall or a delayed delivery from CWS, we call you before you have to call us.
- Honest pricing with no drift. Haven Clause 1, Have it in writing, means the price on your quote is the price on your final invoice. We measure twice, spec once, and write it down. The measurement and the quote are the same document you keep. No change orders because we “found something unexpected” in a wall we’ve opened a thousand times.
Our Satisfaction Promise

If something isn’t right, we make it right. That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it’s stamped on every job, not offered as a courtesy if you complain loudly enough.
Here’s how it works. You notice a draft around your new Therma-Tru entry door six weeks after installation, or the sliding patio door we put in your Lighthouse Point Yacht Club area home isn’t tracking smooth. You call (754) 600-8907. A live person answers, 24/7, not a voicemail queue. We pull your file, the measured survey you kept, the written scope, and the photo record from installation day. If it’s our work or our spec, we schedule the return visit. We don’t send a different crew who has to relearn your job. We send technicians who can see exactly what was done, because the evidence is in the file.
The make-it-right process is specific. We diagnose, we explain what failed and why, we fix it, and we photograph the repair the same way we photographed the original install. You get a written record of the correction. If a product defect is involved, we handle the manufacturer claim with PGT, CGI, or whichever line we specified, you don’t get passed between us and them. And if we truly can’t satisfy you within the 365-day window, we discuss what fair resolution looks like. We haven’t had to do that in Lighthouse Point, but the clause exists because Haven Clause 5, No surprises, cuts both ways. We don’t surprise you with hidden costs, and you shouldn’t be surprised by a company that disappears when the job gets hard.
We’re also not above the occasional dry observation: the most common “defect” we get called back for in Lighthouse Point isn’t a defect at all. It’s a homeowner discovering that a properly impact-rated window, built to stop a 2×4 at 50 feet per second, closes and locks more firmly than the thirty-year-old aluminum window it replaced. We come out, we show you the positive latch pressure, we explain the difference between “different” and “wrong,” and we leave you with the confidence that your home is actually protected. That’s still a make-it-right visit, even when the right was already done.
Before
AfterLicensed & Insured Backing
The paperwork behind your job matters because windows and doors in Lighthouse Point aren’t cosmetic. They’re structural, they’re rated for hurricane exposure, and they’re subject to Florida Building Code and Broward County wind-borne debris requirements. We’re licensed and insured because that code compliance is our responsibility, not yours to verify after the fact.
Our license numbers are on the page because Haven Clause 3, Verified crews, means the person at your door is the person on the record. You can check us. We expect you to. Insurance and bonding mean that if a ladder goes through a soffit during a second-story install in Lighthouse Point Estates, or if a delivery scratch crosses a marble floor, the claim is handled through our policy, not your homeowner’s deductible. We’ve carried this coverage since 2012 because we’ve seen what happens when independent operators in Broward County skip it, the homeowner wins in small claims court against a shell company with no assets.
Licensing also means we pull permits when Lighthouse Point requires them, we schedule inspections, and we don’t ask you to sign off on work that hasn’t passed. The real guarantee behind our guarantee is that we’re still here to honor it. Eighteen thousand windows and doors since 2012, every one with a written price and a photo record. That’s the track record that backs the promise.
